PROCEDURES & SCHEDULES
Qualification & Quantification
Stage (Maximum 15 days)
Upon receipt of the "Job Order Requisition"
from Employers, the Operation Manager immediately evaluates
and completes the data of Requisition to assure accuracy in
the execution of the project.
The Operation Manager prepares a "General
Information Sheet on the Job Order" and endorses the
project to the Account Managers for Sourcing of candidates.
The Account Manager immediately conducts
jobsite recruitment from reputable and successful local companies,
whose nature of business is similar or approximates that of
the Employer. Sourcing is enhanced by the support of the Marketing
Department with its applicant database or thru preparation
of an effective local newspaper advertisement and other promotional
programs.
Responding applicants are received by the
Receptionist/Counter Staff, who provides everyone with the
General Information Sheet on the Job Order. Likewise, screening
of applicants and completion of required documents are made
at this stage, thus, immediately eliminating the unqualified
or unfit from potential, legitimate applicants.
The Receptionist/Counter Staff endorses
all acceptable applicants to the Account Manager for Preliminary
interview and in depth assessment of the qualification of
the applicants.
The Account Manager briefs the applicant
on the job offer, clarifies their querries, and stimulates
their interest to pursue their applications with enthusiasm
and determination.
The Account Manager advises the applicants
on the comprehensive "Program of Activities" concerning
the different examination and interview schedules, the verification
and reference confirmation of their submitted documents and
the Agency's evaluation and assessment process.
The trade Test center (for skilled and
technical position) and the Agency's Technical Group (for
professionals), takes charge of the series of examination
and interviews of the applicants for skills/trade proficiency
and quantification. Based on results, the Technical group
submits a comprehensive evaluation and assessment report to
the Account Manager.
The Account Manager, together with the
Technical Consultants, prepares and submits the final evaluation,
recommendation and the comprehensive Resume of the applicant
to the Operations Manager for final endorsement to the Committee
on Recruitment.
The Committee on Recruitment conducts the
final interview, evaluation and selection of the candidates
for presentation to the employer, who makes the final decision.
Documentation & Processing
Stage (Maximum 10 days)
The Committee on Recruitment advice the
Operations Department on the final selection of the candidate.
The Operations Department, thru the Account
Managers, advice the Recruit and discusses the full details
of the final offer notice from the Employer.
The Account Managers instructs the Recruit
to complete and submit any deficient or additional requirements.
Likewise, the Recruit is provided with a comprehensive Program
of Activities covering the Documentation & Processing
Stage, together with some guidelines and instructions for
easy reference.
The Account Managers, issues the Medical
Examination Referral Slip to the Recruit for immediate compliance.
The Account Managers, upon receipt of the
Medical Test Results, endorses the Recruit to the Processing
Section for the accomplishments of official travel forms and
documents needed for processing with the different Philippine
Government Agencies concerned in overseas contract workers.
Simultaneously, the Account Manager instruct
the Recruit to process the authentication of their personal
documents with the different Government Agencies concerned,
as per requirement of the Employer and the host country.
The Processing Section, upon completion
of all formalities with the Philippine Government Agencies
concerned, prepares the visa application of the recruit for
filing to the embassy, upon release from the embassy documents
will be forwarded to the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration
(POEA) for processing and after this activity Processing Section
secures the Airline ticket for flight schedule.
The Processing Section usually assists
the Recruit in the authentication of their documents by the
Embassy, or any business of the recruits concerning the Embassy.
Travel Arrangement (Maximum 5
days)
The Account Manager immediately arranges
the flight schedule of the Recruit and advises the Employer
of their confirmation and arrival specifically the date and
time of arrival in the host country.
The Account Manager schedules the Recruit
on the Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) wherein attendance
is compulsory.
The PDOS is conducted and participated
by the members of the Committee on Recruitment and Special
Guest Speakers from prominent Government and Industry Officials.
This serves as an orientation on Recruit the customs and tradition
of the host country they are going to.
The Account Manager, aside from the PDOS,
conducts a final briefing and orientation meeting with all
the recruits scheduled for deployment to make sure that all
aspects covering their employment has been covered.
The Account Manager, together with Liaison's
Section, assists the Recruit at the Airport during departure.
